Ships via Freight Truck
Some items are too large or too heavy to ship by UPS, such as tailgates or generators. Other items, such as refrigerators, contain hazardous materials that UPS cannot ship ground. These items must be shipped by FREIGHT and will incur a $55 freight residential delivery surcharge. In order for Freight Carriers to deliver to a Residential Address, they must load shipments onto a smaller truck (usually with tailgate lift) which can get around rural, suburban, or urban streets.
There will be no surcharge if your order can be shipped to a commercial business address (with business hours and good truck access).
The truck driver will be calling prior to delivery, so be sure to include your contact phone number on your order.
