Sales Tax
Because we have only one retail outlet, located in Celina, Ohio, we collect Ohio sales tax for orders shipping to an Ohio address only. So, if you do not ship your order to Ohio, you will incur No Sales Tax when you shop with RV Supply Warehouse.

Shipping Details-- how we calculate your shipping charges:
Within the continental US:
If your order with the RV Supply Warehouse is $150.00 or more: FREE ground
shipping
If your order is under $150.00: Flat $7.95 shipping and handling
charge (ground). This is regardless of number of items or weight.
Most orders are shipped by UPS. However, some items are too large or too heavy
to ship by UPS. These orders must be shipped by FREIGHT. We may also choose
to ship your order by FREIGHT. Your cost remains the same: FREE or $7.95.
A UPS order will be delivered to your home or business. Orders under $200 may
be left without a signature, while larger orders will need to be signed for
unless other arrangements have been made.
A FREIGHT order will be delivered to a place of business (commercial address)
only*. Home-based businesses do not qualify as commercial addresses.
*If you desire, a FREIGHT order can be shipped to your home address for an extra
fee of $45.00. This Residential Delivery Fee will be automatically added to
your order based on your delivery address. If you are not certain whether your
location can accept deliveries from a 65-foot freight truck, we recommend checking
the "Residential Address" box. After delivery, if the Freight carrier
did not charge for Residential Delivery, we will credit your over-payment back
to your credit card (or echeck or paypal). Also, if you do not check the box,
"Residential Address", but the Residential Delivery Fee is
charged by the carrier, we will make a separate charge to your credit card for
the underpayment ($45.00).
RV Refrigerators are one exception. They can ship FREIGHT only (due to hazardous
materials regulations). These, and most large items are marked in the product
description that they will need to ship via FREIGHT. So, if you need delivery
to your residential address, the $45.00 fee will be incurred. If you have it
shipped to a commercial business address, shipping is FREE.
Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Protectorates ( American Samoa, Guam, Marshall
Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto
Rico, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.):
Free Shipping is not available to these areas.
If your order is less than $150.00, your shipping charge will be only $19.95.
If your order is $150.00 or greater but less than $300.00, your shipping charge
will be $29.95.
If your order is $300.00 or greater, contact RV Supply Warehouse Customer Service
for a shipping quote.
Orders will generally ship via US Postal Service or Freight (ground/ocean). Shipping times can be up to 21 days.
Outside the United States:
Free shipping does not apply to orders being shipped outside of the continental
US.
Contact RV Supply Warehouse Customer Service, for a shipping quote. Please include the items and quantities you are considering purchasing, along with a complete shipping address.
Expedited Shipping:
Most of our items are in stock and will arrive within 5-7 working days after
placing your online order for delivery with the continental US. In fact, since
we ship from warehouses throughout the country, which enables many ground shipments
to arrive within 2-3 days. Online order updates are now available in "My
Account" and tracking numbers are provided as soon as possible (on our
site and via email).
Contact Customer Service (email or phone) with your special request prior to placing your order. Most items are in stock and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. Of course, extra shipping fees will apply and there is a $50 minimum shipping charge to all rush shipments.
Please do not place an online order requesting expedited shipping prior to
contacting us as our orders are processed electronically before our Customer
Service Department would have the opportunity to note that expedited shipping
has been requested.

Product's Ease of Use
Installation/Assembly Degree of DifficultyAs you shop, check the product's "Degree of Difficulty". If you know that you are not handy or do not want to deal with anything that needs assembly, stick to items showing only 1 wrench or maybe 2. If you know your ability and willingness is higher, consider all products up to 4 or even 5 wrenches.

Not completely assembled or needing a screwdriver to install. Relatively simple procedure that anyone reading instructions can do.
3 wrenches
Simple tools required and "handyman" attitude.
4 wrenches
Significant time required along with "mechanic" skills. Follow instructions scrupulously. Tighten bolts as required, test for leaks, test operation. Make sure it's safe.
5 wrenches
Professional installation is recommended. Special tools/expertise may be required. Tapping into gas lines or 110 v. power systems may be involved.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
Most deliveries are made in two to seven business days. Processing and shipping
out your order occurs within 24 hours, then shipment time adds from 1 to 6 days
to total delivery time. For us, our distributors, and our shippers, "weekends"
do not count as "business days". Thus, be aware that an order placed
Friday evening virtually enters our system Monday morning. If you need a more
precise time estimate in advance or need special shipping (Overnight, Priority,
etc.), please email us with details or give us a call.
Your Web site doesn't show an item I'm interested in. How do I find
out if you have it?
Call us! Or e-mail us. We have many more RV items available and will be happy
to discuss them with you.
When will my shipment's tracking information be available and where
will I find it?
Because the majority of our orders are drop-shipped from a warehouse near you
(saves shipping time and costs), we at RV Supply Warehouse do not have a tracking
number for at least 24-48 hours. Another large group of orders are shipped by
Truck Freight in which PRO numbers are not provided unless a call is placed
for them and, of course, not immediately.
We have found that most orders actually arrive at their destination (your home)
before we can get tracking information to you. Therefore, if and when there
is a delay in your order, we will notify you and add that information in your
"My Account" area.
Oops! I received the wrong item. How do I return or exchange it?
Email customer service or call toll-free, 1-866-268-2064 for an authorization
to return. Any item being returned must have this authorization. Packages
lacking an RGA number will be refused by our Receiving Department and no shipping
costs nor product price will be refunded. Call first!
We will replace your item with the correct one or give you a full refund (including
shipping charges) if we shipped your order in error.
If you are returning an item that you ordered in error, we will retain a 20%
restocking charge and you pay the shipping charges.
My order arrived in a damaged box. Should I accept it?
If damage to your item is likely, refuse the shipment and call or email us.
If damage is not likely, you may accept the shipment, but note the carton damage
when you sign the shipper's logsheet. Then you can still file a claim if damage
is found.
The charge item on my credit card statement does not show "RV Supply
Warehouse".
Our merchant name is "Brock's, Inc." and that is what will show on
your credit card statement and receipt.
