Solo Hitchin' Guide from BlackStone Miller Company

Now, hitching up is as simple as backing up to your trailer and aligning tip of antenna with the marker dot! Lower the trailer and complete your hook-up procedure. The antenna can easily be removed and stored. Now you can hitch-up the first time, every time.

As illustrated, the guide can be attached to either the vehicle or trailer.

1) Secure guide base to vehicle or trailer. If attached to trailer, place as high as possible. Base should be centered for best results.

2) Once guide base is firmly attached, position tow vehicle with coupler directly over ball of receiver hitch. DO NOT lower coupler down onto ball.

3) On unit where base is not attached, select a spot in the center that is easily viewed from driver’s seat. This could be on the center of back window for goosenecks or on tailgate for bumper pulls, or any other convenient location that is easily seen by driver. Apply self adhesive marker dot to that spot.

4) Loosen set screws on guide base. Point antenna receiver toward dot. Cut antenna length so that when inserted into the antenna receiver, protective tip is just touching the marker dot. DO NOT cut protective tip off of antenna.

5) Make any final adjustments to ensure antenna is just touching the center of marker dot. Tighten all set screws. Installation is complete.
