Making SURE you get the right rv air conditioner.
With only a few exceptions, the brand of all your RV air conditioner components must match-- Dometic, Atwood, and Coleman don't manufacture their ceiling units (or air distribution boxes) to work with anyone else's roof (or top) units. So, if you are repairing or replacing only one component, first find your model number so that you will get the right parts. Even upgrading, like adding a heat strip, is possible on only some manufacturers' models.
