How easy will it be to install the product I order?
Installation/Assembly Degree of Difficulty:
As you shop, check the product's "Degree of Difficulty". If you know that you are not handy or do not want to deal with anything that needs assembly, stick to items showing only 1 wrench or maybe 2. If you know your ability and willingness is higher, consider all products up to 4 or even 5 wrenches.

Not completely assembled or needing a screwdriver to install. Relatively simple procedure that anyone reading instructions can do.
Simple tools required and "handyman" attitude.
Significant time required along with "mechanic" skills. Follow instructions scrupulously. Tighten bolts as required, test for leaks, test operation. Make sure it's safe.
Professional installation is recommended. Special tools/expertise may be required. Tapping into gas lines or 110 v. power systems may be involved.

What are your Shipping Charges?
Within the continental US:
If your order with the RV Supply Warehouse is $150.00 or more: FREE ground shipping
If your order is under $150.00: Flat $11.99 shipping and handling charge (ground). This is regardless of number of items or weight!
Most orders are shipped by UPS. However, some items are too large or too heavy to ship by UPS, such as tailgates or generators. Some items, such as refrigerators, contain hazardous materials that UPS cannot ship ground. These items must be shipped by FREIGHT and will incur a $45 freight charge. The items that must be shipped by freight are so noted on the item page.
A UPS order will be delivered to your home or business. Orders under $200 may be left without a signature, while larger orders will need to be signed for unless other arrangements have been made.
Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Protectorates (American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands (U.S.):
Free Shipping is not available to these areas.
If your order is less than $150.00, your shipping charge will be only $19.95.
If your order is $150.00 or greater but less than $300.00, your shipping charge will be $29.95.
If your order is $300.00 or greater, please contact RV Supply Warehouse Customer Service for a shipping quote. Please include the items and quantity you are considering purchasing, along with a complete shipping address.
Orders will generally ship via US Postal Service or Freight (ground/ocean). Shipping times can be up to 21 days.
Outside the United States:
Free shipping does not apply to orders being shipped outside of the continental US.
Contact RV Supply Warehouse Customer Service, for a shipping quote. Please include the items and quantities you are considering purchasing, along with a complete shipping address.
Most of our items are in stock and will arrive within 5-7 working days after placing your online order for delivery with the continental US. In fact, since we ship from warehouses throughout the country, many ground shipments arrive within 2-3 days. Online order updates are now available in "My Account" and tracking numbers are provided as soon as possible (on our site and via email).
There is a $50 minimum shipping charge to all rush shipments. Please email us at customersupport @ rvsupplywarehouse.com or call us at (937) 500-7331 prior to placing your order. Please do not place an online order requesting expedited shipping prior to contacting us; our orders are processed electronically before our Customer Service Department would have the opportunity to note that expedited shipping has been requested.
What is your Return Policy?
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, just sign-in to your account to view your orders and choose the items you wish to return. We will then review the form and issue you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number for the return, along with further instructions.
All returns must have our issued RGA Number printed on the shipping label.
Packages lacking an RGA Number will be refused by our Receiving Department.
Items eligible for return must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee of the price of the product; the original shipping costs will not be refunded. (Similarly, if you returned an item to a brick and mortar store, you would not be reimbursed for the cost of gas, nor the wear and tear on your automobile). In addition, the return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
The only exception to this: if we ship an order in error (wrong item, wrong size or color), or an item arrives damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or give you a full refund. We will also arrange a UPS Call Tag to have the item picked up at your address and return it to us at our cost.
Damaged items: must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. This includes items that arrive damaged or are missing parts. Please check all packages as soon as they arrive to make sure that no damage has been incurred during shipment and that all parts are included. Freight items: Please fully inspect the merchandise prior to accepting the shipment. Once you accept and sign for it, it cannot be returned for ANY reason.
Defective items: must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the items falls under the manufacturer's warranty and the customer (you) must contact the manufacturer for repair/replacement.
If you wish to return an item for a similar item, or for a different size, color, etc, it must be handled as a separate transaction. You may return the item you have, based on the Return Policy outlined here, then order the new item on our Web site.
Gift Certificates and E-Certificates cannot be returned.
We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return it, subject to the shipping policies outlined here.
Refused shipments will incur a 10-20% restocking fee with no credit for shipping charges.
"Special Order" Items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. Special Order Items are so noted on the Web site. We will consider returning a Special Order item on a case-by-case basis; it will be subject to the shipping policies outlined here.
We will refund your account after product is received and inspected. Keep in mind, it can take up to 45 days for your Financial Institution to process the refund so that it registers on your credit card.
What are Special Order items?
Special Order items are products that are not kept in stock and are manufactured to your specified size or custom color, etc. Upon receiving your order, we deliver your specifications to the manufacturer who specially produces your item. This will result in extra processing time, usually 2-3 weeks. Awnings and RV covers that are in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse, will ship from there in 1-2 days.
"Special Order" Items cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. Your payment will be collected at the time you place the order--it is your 100% deposit. Special Order Items are so noted on the Web site. We will consider returning a Special Order item on a case-by-case basis; it will be subject to the shipping policies outlined here.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Because we have only one physical location (mailing address), located in Mercer County, Ohio, we collect Ohio sales tax for orders shipping to an Ohio address only. So, if you do not ship your order to Ohio, you will incur No Sales Tax when you shop with RV Supply Warehouse.
How soon will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 24-48 hours. Shipping times range from 1-5 days. Therefore, most orders will be received within 2-7 days from placing an order online. Orders shipped outside the continental US will incur a longer shipment time, which will be addressed when your shipping quote is provided.
Please remember that the above timeframe is for working days, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. "Special Order" items can take an additional 2-3 weeks (sometimes, even more) for delivery.
When we discover that any items on your order are Backordered, we will inform you by email immediately, along with an estimated ship date.
Freight shipments are arranged by our distributors, so it is difficult to estimate a delivery date. Please be sure to include a daytime phone number, so the freight company can contact you to arrange delivery.
How do I track my order?
If your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be receiving an email from UPS with the tracking number. This email will be generated as soon as the tracking number is assigned to your order. However, UPS.com may not have record of the tracking number until later in the day. Therefore, if UPS.com does not recognize the tracking number, please try back later that evening or the next morning to check the status of your package.
Some orders are drop-shipped from our distributors or the manufacturer. Most send us an email with the tracking number when the order has shipped. We will then forward that tracking to you via email.
We do have some suppliers that do not provide us a tracking number email, so we do not have access to this information.
The charge item on my credit card statement does not show "RV Supply Warehouse".
Our merchant name is "Brock's, Inc." and that is what will show on your credit card statement and receipt.
A product does not have a price or I cannot add an item to my cart.
Sometimes you will encounter items on our online store that do not have a price and cannot be added to your shopping cart. These items are currently not available from RV Supply Warehouse or no longer available from us. Since Amazon has such a wide selection and excellent customer service, we are recommending that you try them and are providing links on many of these product pages or you may use this one:
