General Shipping Information:
We do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. Items that are in-stock in our warehouse are usually shipped within 24 hours. Items shipped from the manufacturer or distributor generally take longer depending on the manufacturer/distributor and their policies. In all cases you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Times for delivery listed below are provided as a guideline only. Actual delivery times may vary based on location. The guideline takes into consideration the processing of your order, verification, packaging, preparation and pick up. We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times.
Some items within the same order may ship in separate packages and therefore may show a different status and/or shipping method. From the time you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-48 hours for your order status information to be available on the carrier's website.

- UPS and Fedex will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box and a street address, please provide both on your order.
- Most orders are shipped by UPS or Fedex Ground. However, some items are too large or too heavy to ship by USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground, such as tailgates or generators. Some items, such as refrigerators, contain hazardous materials that UPS cannot ship ground. These items must be shipped by FREIGHT and will incur a $55 freight residential delivery surcharge. The items that must be shipped by freight are so noted on the item page.

If your order with RV Supply Warehouse is $150.00 or more: FREE ground shipping
If your order is under $150.00: Flat $11.99 shipping and handling charge (ground). This is regardless of number of items or weight.

A UPS or Fedex Ground order will be delivered to your home or business. Orders under $200 may be left without a signature, while larger orders will need to be signed for unless other arrangements have been made.
